The charts give the garment laid flat, not body measurements, so the most reliable check is to measure a shirt you already own and like and match it to the chart. Adult tees run true to size with a relaxed retail fit; hoodies and sweatshirts run roomier, so size up if you are between two. Youth and toddler sizes are cut smaller than adult sizes of the same letter.
One-size items such as mugs, tumblers, stickers, magnets, posters, totes and caps list their dimensions or capacity in the description.

Apparel is printed direct-to-garment on named blanks rather than unbranded stock: adult tees on Bella + Canvas 3001, youth tees on Bella + Canvas 3001Y, toddler tees on Rabbit Skins 3321, long sleeves on Gildan 2400, sweatshirts on Gildan 18000 (Gildan 18000B for youth), premium hoodies on Cotton Heritage M2580, youth hoodies on Gildan 18500B, and caps on Richardson 258.
Away from apparel: mugs are white glossy ceramic, tumblers and water bottles are stainless steel, totes are Econscious EC8000, stickers are kiss-cut and magnets die-cut, and wall art is printed on enhanced matte paper. The description above names the blank for this specific item.

Made to Order & Shipping
Nothing here is held in stock. Your item is printed for you after you order, which is how we can offer this many designs across this many colors and sizes without producing inventory that goes to waste.
Production happens first. Merchandise ships separately from live animals. Shipping options and charges are calculated for your address and shown before payment. An order containing several merchandise items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages, which is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Care Instructions
Printed apparel. Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold with like colors using a mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Washing inside out on cold is what keeps a direct-to-garment print looking new.
Mugs. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
Tumblers and water bottles. Hand wash only, and do not microwave.
Stickers, magnets and wall art. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to avoid fading. Wipe stickers and magnets with a dry cloth.
Follow any care label included with the item if it differs.
